PLEASE NOTE: the times stated above are in GMT but you can join the class from anywhere in the world - just make sure to convert the timezone to your own.

All levels are welcome in class, beginners included! There will be options for everyone so you can take the class at your own pace no matter what your previous experience of yoga is.

You will need to have access to Zoom - the link will be provided to those who have booked prior to each class. You are welcome to keep your camera on or off, although I would love you to keep it on so that I can guide you more effectively!

A Spotify playlist with uplifting tunes will also be provided for each class, should you wish to practise with music in the background.

All you'll need is a yoga mat (if you don't have one, you can also use a towel or blanket). Other handy props are yoga blocks (which can be replaced by chunky books), cushions, a blanket and a strap (or belt/scarf) but these are not essential.


Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic, flowing sequence through standing and seated postures, with transitions linked to the breath. Different options will be offered so that you can take the class at your own pace - you can push yourself for a full body workout (expect to sweat a little!), or take the less intense options to nurture your body and give it the care that it needs. Either way, you'll feel blissed out by the end. Suitable for all levels!

Dreamy Yin & Meditation: This class can be done on its own or as a perfect follow-on from the Vinyasa Flow class! Yin is a much slower paced form of yoga, where postures are held for longer periods of time (usually 2-4 minutes each). Most postures will be seated or lying down, and we'll be targeting the deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, rather than muscles. Yin yoga incorporates principles from Chinese medicine, and is great for increasing flexibility, maintaining health and reducing stress/anxiety. We'll get cosy with cushions and blankets to enter a deep state of relaxation - a perfect way to wind down a Monday and chill out before bed (you can even do it in your pyjamas!). Suitable for all levels!

Weekly Workshop: A shorter class, focussing on a different theme or pose each week e.g. Sun Salutations, Headstand, Arm Balances (like Crow Pose) or Binds. I will demonstrate and break the poses down, and you’ll be given time to work on them yourself in a relaxed, safe and encouraging atmosphere. Whether you are a seasoned yogi looking to perfect and enhance your flow, or a newbie wanting to learn the basics, there will be options for all!

Mandala Flow: Similar to Vinyasa Flow but we will be working our way 360 degrees around all four corners of the mat (mandala means "circle" in Sanskrit), so sometimes you will be facing the back! This practice is based on the four elements - Earth, Fire, Air and Water - and it’s recommended for those with some previous yoga experience rather than complete beginners.

Dreamy Slow Flow: A slower-paced, soft, gentle Vinyasa Flow - the perfect weekend wind-down to end your Sunday and set you up for a good week ahead. The focus will be on juicy stretches and fluid movements to ease tension rather than hardcore strength-builders. We’ll end with seated and lying down postures to restore and relax you into a blissful state. Suitable for all levels!
