Dreamy Wellness Company was founded by Sanya Ormiston. UK-born Sanya has been practising yoga for over 10 years and she is now living her life's dream of sharing this joy with others on the magical island of Ibiza!
In 2016, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India, specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, and then spent a further 5 months travelling the country and deepening her spiritual practice. Since then, she has completed further trainings with The Yoga People in Yin yoga, Chakra theory and Mandala Flow and she is also a certified Buti Yoga instructor.
Spirituality is a big focus for her, and her meditation practice was further developed when she spent 10 days on a silent Vipassana meditation course in Nepal.
Sanya has a wandering, gypsy soul and her yoga teaching experience has taken her all over the world, including India, Ibiza, London, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama - from Boom Festival to the W Hotel.
All of Sanya’s yoga classes include pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to connect mind, body, and spirit, as well as a flowing sequence of physical postures. She often incorporates the elements (air, water, earth and fire) and chakra work to balance students and bring them back to their true selves. Most importantly, Sanya strives to make all students feel welcome and comfortable, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Sanya has also completed trainings in sound therapy with Sound Universe London and the Sound Healing Academy. She is now offering sound healing sessions, both 1:1 and in groups, using alchemy crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks.
She has been featured in The Sun (scroll down to the purple box entitled '“Why Try Yoga”) and The Times, and has been listed on the worldwide fitness website ClassPass as number one out of the Top Seven Live Stream Meditation Classes in the UK, number three in the Top 10 Affordable Live Stream Yoga Classes in the UK and number four in the Top 10 Llve Stream Yoga Classes in the UK .
