We have curated a perfectly balanced schedule which features twice daily yoga classes as well as sound baths, a beach party and other soul-nourishing activities.

No previous yoga experience necessary!
The Venue
Our majestic, one of a kind, private mountain-top property sprawls across 30 acres, with 180 degree sunset ocean views overlooking the entire Pacific. Within this enchanting jungle oasis, you’ll find an infinity plunge pool, a private waterfall (activated by the priests of the Indigenous Tribe) and of course our magnificent House of Masters - a Balinese-style yoga deck hanging 100 feet up in the jungle. There is a paradise beach less than 10 minutes away and transport there is included. Our venue is a natural paradise with a choice of accommodations - whether you’re in 200 year old homes from Bali on the cliff, sacred geodesic domes or bungalows with open air bathtubs looking out to our unofficial sloth sanctuary, you’ll have a story to tell about your stay.
The Experience
Your exclusive experience begins before you even arrive at the venue - our friendly concierge team will be there to pick you up from San José International Airport (the main airport of Costa Rica) and guide you from arrivals onto our own private plane along with other retreat guests. Soon, you’ll be soaring over breathtaking scenery en route to our location, where you’ll be greeted with cold towels infused with the venue’s signature scent, along with refreshing mocktails and delicious vegan treats. Don’t worry about your luggage - it’s already in your room. Take some time to settle in before your welcome tour followed by a gourmet lunch. This is just the beginning!
The daily schedule will generally start with a morning session of meditation, breathwork and gratitude practice on our open air jungle platform, immersed in the sounds of tropical birdsong, the jungle breeze and other wildlife sights. Then we’ll get our bodies moving with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga class (suitable for all levels) to release and purify. During the day, you’ll have ample time to lounge around the plunge pools, experience best-in-class spa treatments, enjoy breathtaking ocean views, hike on the mountain or immerse yourself in the waterfall. Our evening Yin yoga class will be the perfect wind down to the day, finding bliss in stillness.
But wait... it’s not all seriousness and spirituality! Fun and laughter are a huge part of the Dreamy Retreats ethos. Come and dance your heart out under the stars at our private beach party complete with DJ, bonfire, tent and buffet dinner.
We are ALL about balance - it’s your vacation and you can spend it however you wish. All activities are optional and you are free to do as much or as little as you like. We have a zero judgement policy and fully encourage you to follow your bliss and find your joy. It’s important to Sanya that everyone feels welcome on her retreats, whether you are on a spiritual path or not. Life is too short not to live every beautiful moment to the fullest, no matter what that means to you!

Free time can be spent however you like - journalling, hiking up the mountain, chilling around the infinity pool, plunging in the waterfall, watching sunset on the beach, reading a book in a hammock or perhaps getting a gorgeous massage. On certain days we will have additional special activities such as sound baths, ecstatic dance with ceremonial cacao and a beach party. Please note this is an example schedule only and is subject to change.
The Food
Health starts from the inside - all meals, snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic) are included in your package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will consist of what we like to call "conscious comfort food" - healthy, locally-sourced, gourmet vegan meals that are artistically plated, scientifically nourishing and delightfully crafted for all of our guests. For the chefs here, food is more than just a culinary art - it’s a connection point at the intersection of community, wellness and creativity. Every meal is an opportunity to enjoy and learn about nourishment and experience art, too. This is true 5 star cuisine to fuel and nurture your precious body.
The Location
Historically, Costa Rica has been the meeting place of tribes for thousands of years. As a sacred union point for the Incas and the Aztecs, it has a potent, divine energy infused with ancient wisdom - the perfect place to exchange ideas and go deep within to discover what we have all been seeking. This is a country world-renowned for its abundant, diverse exotic wildlife and untouched nature. Keep your eyes peeled around our property for adorable sloths, playful monkeys, colourful tree frogs and hundreds of tropical birds. And don’t forget to to take a dip in our own private waterfall, named “Morundwa” by the priests of an indigenous tribe who activated it... your mind, body and soul will be cleansed!
Your Host
Sanya has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for seven. She completed her first 200 hour teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga school in Goa, India in 2016, specialising in Ashtanga/vinyasa. She then spent another five months travelling around India and deepening her spiritual practice. Since then, Sanya has completed further trainings including yin, mandala flow, chakra theory, Vipassana meditation, shamanism and sound therapy (primarily with alchemy crystal bowls). Sanya has been running retreats since 2018 in locations such as Ibiza, Portugal, India and Tulum and is now based in London. It is her dream come true to share the bliss, joy and healing powers of yoga with others.

Our Jungle Bungalows are in built on the side of the mountain on the pathway to our private waterfall. The Bali-inspired interiors feature natural finishes and gorgeous exposed showers and bathtubs overlooking the unofficial “sloth sanctuary”. Yes, you can watch sloths from the bath.
DETAILS: 430 sq ft, full ensuite bathroom, soaking tub and shower with views of the rainforest, private jungle deck, no air conditioning but open-air construction with natural ventilation.

The suites are located just a few steps away from our shared infinity pool, with gorgeous views overlooking the rainforest and the ocean. Payment Terms
Deposit due to secure your spot: $200 USD
2nd payment due by 31st March 2024: $800 USD
3rd payment due by 30th June 2024: $1,000 USD
4th payment due by 30th September 2024: Remaining balance
Payments are refundable before 30th June 2024. After this date, all payments are non-refundable.
Getting There
All you have to do is get to San Jose (Juan Santamaria) International Airport (SJO). Book your own flights to there.
Your retreat package includes return internal flights in a private plane (with other guests) from SJO to the retreat.
Our private group flight will depart from SJO at 9:15am on 3rd January 2025. You must be ready at the domestic terminal by 8:45am (your own flight should arrive to SJO before 7am, or the day before and spend a night in a hotel).
It is a 25 minute flight with stunning views, landing at Quepos airport, where you will be collected in a private LUX SUV and driven 30 minutes up the mountain to our venue.
Departure flight from SJO on 9th January must be after 1pm.
